ATHENS · DELPHI · THE AEGEAN — EST. 2026

Return to your
true self.

Alethia is a practice of self-knowledge rooted in the living heritage of Greece — through myth, ritual, movement, breath, sound and the discipline of attention.

Introducing Alethia

A quiet house for work
that asks nothing
but attention.

We are new, and deliberately small.

Alethia was founded to hold one kind of work: self-knowledge, approached the way the Greeks approached it — through myth, ritual, the body, the elements, and the discipline of attention.

Sound and breath are among the tools, not the point. No programme runs larger than eleven people, and nothing is added that the work does not need.

The name

Alétheia

Truth as disclosure.
What was always there, uncovered.

02
The work

The practice

Myth and ritual, movement and breath, energy work, sound, and conversation without hurry.

03
The place

Greece

Delphi, Nemea, Athens and the islands in low season — landscapes where the stories still belong.

What we offer

Two ways to sit with us.

The same work at two scales. Both begin the same way: a conversation, before anything is booked.

This autumn:
The Labours of Hercules

Twelve labours, ten days, eleven people. Each day takes one of the twelve as a mirror — the lion, the hydra, the stables, the descent — and works it through ritual, myth, movement, breath and energy practice.

The practitioner

Loukia Papa,
founder of Alethia

A practitioner of Greek heritage whose work draws on myth, ritual tradition, energy practice, breathwork, meditation and sacred sound — years of study, held with discretion.

She has facilitated private ceremonies for an international clientele in luxury hospitality, private events and conscious leadership circles.

Her work is known for three things: the depth of the heritage it stands in, the precision with which it is held, and the stillness she brings into a room.

“The deepest form of hospitality is not what is offered to a guest. It is what is unlocked within them.”

Adyton

Some work
asks for a more
private room.

Adyton is Alethia’s private layer — reserved for work that calls for greater discretion, depth and individual attention.

Not everything that belongs here is described publicly. Entry begins with a private conversation.
